Oven doors have tempered 3-layer glass windows for viewing and safety. Right-side oven consists of a convection fan function for premium baking or roasting. All FORNO gas ranges Include a LP conversion kit. The 48" Galiano has a heavy duty cast iron reversible grill/griddle, 4 oven racks, and LP conversion kit.
